Renowned vodka Absolut has paired up with Pernod Ricard to produce a vodka spiked sparkling Sauvignon Blanc. Called Absolut Tune, the blend consist of 60% vodka and 40% Sauvignon Blanc, the final alcohol level is 14%.

According to Absolut, 'the first taste of Absolut Tune reveals vibrant, fresh tropical fruits with a balanced sweetness through the front and mid palate which is brought to life through the bubbles...and with a persistent medium strength Absolut vodka flavor and balanced sweetness leading on to a dry finish.'

While I'm not sure will this be the best Christmas wine to go well with every course of your Christmas meal, but pretty ascertain that Absolut Tune will dance the Christmas night away with warming soul.

Casa Dragones limited-edition tequila by Gabriel Orozco

The Mexican tequila brand, Casa Dragones and renowned artist Gabriel Orozco have collaborated to produce a limited-edition bottle adorned with one of the artist's most iconic works of art. The collaboration comes in honour of Orozco's 2011 retrospective tour held in four leading museums throughout 2011, from MoMA in New York City, Kunstmuseum in Basel, Switzerland, Tate Modern in London, to Centre Pompidou in Paris. The partnership centres around Orozco's 'Black Kites' piece, a human skull that is covered in an intricate graphic checkerboard.

Each one of the 400 crystal bottles are engraved with Gabriel Orozco's Black Kites motif, and includes Orozco's signature. Black Kites, 1997 is a human skull covered in an intricate graphic checkerboard, representing the two sides of life that are constantly at odds; the grid represents rationality and the skull represents uncertainty.

Each bottle signed numbered and dated by hand.

Kristian Vedel first designed this family of BIRDs - children, parents and grandparents back in 1959. Though only the small BIRD was set in production, it quickly became one of the most successful Danish wooden products from the 50s.

Today, the entire expressive BIRD family has been re-introduced. They are all handmade by a small wood turner in Denmark who only uses high quality smoked and natural oak wood. By tilting their heads in virtually any direction, the BIRDs can express every frame of mind - happy, sad, curious, alert, etc. The bodies can be turned upside down making it either a male or female. There are no borders to the expressions of the BIRDs and whatever you are experiencing, they want to experience it with you.
