Pryme is open Wednesdays through Saturdays from 5 p.m. until
Owners Andy Rudd and Christy Shipman launched the restaurant, focused on steakhouse fare, having both had plenty of food service experience. Shipman is a manager at Cowboy Bill’s and Rudd was the owner of Crockett’s Cafeteria.
